Become a Volunteer

Are you enthusiastic about knowledge and meeting interesting people from all around the world? Then you should become a volunteer for the BHAAAS Days, our annual conference - one of the largest scientific events in the region.

We are looking for committed individuals who can dedicate their full time during the 4 days of conference, for helping with preparational meetings, assisting with various tasks, including visitor registration, issuing printed materials, directing visitors, providing information, and other essential event-related activities.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of this influential event, interact with professionals and experts (conference includes medicine, technical and natural sciences, sustainable development, humanities, social sciences and arts), contribute to the seamless execution of the Days of BHAAAS, and obtain a letter of recommendation. Your role will not only be crucial to the event's success but also provide you with valuable experience and networking opportunities.

Please write if you already had cooperation with BHAAAS before, or the name of the Organizational Committee member who can recommend you. If you haven’t worked at the Days, and don’t have the recommendation, please send a brief motivation letter (your motivations and expectations regarding this experience).
