These Terms and Conditions establish the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints regarding products and services offered on these pages. The www.bhaaas.org website may be used for your private use without any usage fees, according to the following terms and rules.

The Seller is BHAAAS, and the Buyer is a visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes a payment via credit cards or cash on delivery.

1. General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration and payment process for participation in the „Days Of BHAAAS-a“ Conference (hereinafter: “the Conference”). By completing the online registration and payment, the user (hereinafter: “the Participant”) confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Ordering Procedure

Registration is performed electronically via the official Conference website. Submission of the registration form constitutes an offer to purchase participation in the Conference.

Payment Terms

Payment is made electronically using payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). All payments are processed in Convertible Marks (KM). The amount charged to the Participant’s account may differ due to currency conversion applied by the issuing bank.

Service Delivery

The service is deemed delivered upon successful completion of the registration process and confirmation of payment. The Participant will receive confirmation via email.

Digital Products

Our products are exclusively digital in nature. Upon successful authorization of the transaction, the Seller undertakes to send a confirmation of registration and completed service to the Buyer’s email address.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

• Refunds may be approved if requested no later than ten days before the conference, reduced by administrative costs (30%).
• Refunds will not be granted after the stated deadline, except in justified exceptional cases.
• In the event of Conference cancellation by the organizer, Participants are entitled to a full refund.

Complaints and Claims

All complaints must be submitted in writing.

The organizer undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve justified complaints in accordance with applicable regulations.

Copyright Protection

All rights of the publisher and program holder on the recorded and printed work are reserved. The publisher and producer is BHAAAS. The Buyer undertakes not to unauthorizedly reproduce, perform, use for broadcasting, or sell the products of the seller or any part of those products.

BHAAAS reserves the right to change these terms and rules. All changes will apply to the use of the www.bhaaas.org pages.

The Buyer bears the responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

Services provided to you by the www.bhaaas.org online store do not include costs incurred by using computer equipment and services to access our pages. BHAAAS is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic, or any other costs that may occur.
