Contemporary achievements in pulmonology presented at the 17th BHAAAS Days

As part of the 17th Day of BHAAAS, the Fourth International Symposium in Pulmonary Medicine was successfully held.

The fourth international symposium on pulmonology brought together leading experts in the field of lung diseases, clinical practice and scientific research, providing space for the exchange of professional experiences, presentation of contemporary achievements in pulmonology and strengthening of professional cooperation.

The symposium was led by prof. Dr. Belma Paralija, MD, PhD, Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo - Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo, and Dr. Jasmina Mustafić Pandžić, MD, MScI, Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo - Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sarajevo.

Through lectures, discussions and meetings of experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the diaspora, the symposium additionally confirmed the importance of international cooperation, continuous education and transfer of knowledge in improving pulmonology practice.
