Borovac: We are aware of the contribution that BiH diaspora has on the development of BiH

As it was said at today's press conference in Sarajevo, it is an international scientific meeting that will gather around 1,000 participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, as well as 260 top lecturers from the fields of medical, technical, and social sciences and arts from Canada, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Malta, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Turkey, Great Britain, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, and BiH. Member of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian-American Academy of Sciences (BHAAAS) Nirvana Pištoljević announced the holding of 14 symposia in various fields. "This year we are also managing to be multidisciplinary, and an artistic program will also be organized," Pištoljević said. She pointed out that this year the Academy signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Tuzla on scientific cooperation and the possibility of supporting and developing doctoral studies and supporting the scientific diaspora in Bosnia and Herzegovina in another concrete way. Academy member Mirsad Hadžikadić announced an international symposium on innovative and interdisciplinary applications of modern technologies. According to him, the symposium will include seven thematic areas, and the lecturers will come from the USA, BiH, and its surroundings. "The applications, which we will discuss, of modern technologies relate to economics, medicine, most social sciences, contemporary changes, and political and diplomatic systems,"  said Hadžikadić. Academy member Kenan Arnautović announced the symposium of neurosurgeons. According to him, they tied up with the associations of neurosurgeons of Serbia and Croatia, and this is now a joint symposium on neurosurgery of the associations of neurosurgeons of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Croatia. In addition to the traditional participants at the symposium from the USA and Germany, there are participants from Albania, Montenegro, Turkey... so the symposium opens up new opportunities for cooperation. He announced that an agreement on cooperation with the University of Osijek will be signed in Neum, and cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade is being prepared. Thanks to the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH and Minister Semiha Borovac, who always supported them and developed this cooperation. The Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the sponsor of the eighth annual meeting "Days of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian-American Academy of Sciences and Arts in Bosnia and Herzegovina,"  and Minister Semiha Borovac pointed out that the Academy is one of the most important and the most important organizations of the BiH academic diaspora in the world. "We are ready, considering all the results and all the activities that the Academy is doing, to change the policy towards the diaspora in Bosnia and Herzegovina,"  said Minister Borovac, and announced that this year the policy towards the diaspora will be drawn up as a separate document of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are aware, she emphasized, of the overall contribution and impact that the BiH diaspora has to develop—economically, socially, educationally, and culturally in BiH. "We want to deepen these ties and bind Bosnia and Herzegovina. diaspora for the development of BiH and in such a way that we see it as an important link in the Euro-Atlantic integration of BiH. We appreciate what this academy does, and we especially appreciate what it gives to BiH in the form of knowledge, and that is the most valuable thing that can be given to BiH,"  Borovac believes. She emphasized that, although they are scientific and cultural workers, professionals in their work, and have a good status in the receiving countries, they have never forgotten Bosnia and Herzegovina. "We especially appreciate that. Their contribution is immeasurable for the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
