Dear members,
Before you is the first issue of the redesigned bulletin, which we plan to issue regularly from now on. The period behind us was marked by numerous events. We implemented successful projects, but for the first time in 12 years, the "Day of BHAAAS in Bosnia and Herzegovina" was postponed. Namely, given the emergency caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, the Board of Directors decided that the conference "12. Days of BHAAAS in BiH," which was supposed to be held from June 25 to 28 in Mostar, has been postponed until next year. The new date of the conference is from June 24 to 27, 2021, while the venue will remain Mostar, as originally planned. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the way of life and work for all of us in many ways. Therefore, I am extremely proud of all colleagues from BHAAAS who, during the emergency, made their selfless contribution to society, the professional community, our compatriots in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and of course to BHAAAS. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the teleconsultation project attracted a lot of public attention, where our fellow doctors held a series of teleconsultations with their colleagues from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. I would also like to mention the "60 seconds about Corona" project, which was extremely well received by the media and the entire BiH. to the public. Of course, there are other projects that we will write about in this bulletin, which greatly contributed to BHAAAS being recognized as an institution that advances science and culture both in our diaspora and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
