Representatives of the Bosnia-Herzegovina-American Academy of Arts and Sciences (BHAAAS) signed the Cooperation Agreement with the Sarajevo Cantonal Institute for the Protection of Cultural, Historical, and Natural Heritage. The agreement was signed to promote academic, educational, and cultural cooperation between these two institutions. Within the framework of this agreement, institutional cooperation will be developed, which will be further realized through special programs of mutual interest. This contract defines certain activities that will be carried out, and some of them are support and encouragement of networking and mutual exchange of teachers, experts, researchers, students, and other staff for lectures, training, visits, and exchange of experiences. Support for activities such as organizing conferences, symposiums, congresses, seminars, courses, summer schools, workshops, and other forms of cooperation of mutual interest was also agreed upon. Some of the activities provided for in the agreement are the exchange of professional literature, textbooks, and other publications; the exchange of information; as well as numerous other activities. We are very happy to have found support in such an institution whose goal is the protection and promotion of cultural, historical, and natural heritage, and we believe that this cooperation will bring many beautiful and positive events both for us and our members and beyond.
