The measures should be more rigorous than they were, not in the sense of lockdown, but should be taken very seriously: using a mask, distancing, avoiding gatherings, meetings, and clubs, and washing hands! If people wore masks and didn't kiss or go out, everything would calm down! Their clinic has been in contact with the infected person since March, and no one from his colleagues and employees has ever been infected. All this would calm down if people stopped hanging out, and drinking coffee... Believe me, the worst is yet to come. I said this two months ago. The number of dead and infected will only increase. Imagine when December comes, the winter period will lead to a greater spread. Corona and flu may merge! We also have the flu shot; I would recommend everyone get it! The flu vaccine cannot help as a prevention against Corona; they are completely different viruses!
The vaccine will be available somewhere and someone, I believe, by the end of this year. I think if a vaccine is approved in the US or the EU, I think that vaccine is safe! I don't underestimate other countries, but I have experience with institutions that are strict about approving drugs, which the doctor encouraged. Herd immunity requires 60–70% of people; we are years away from infecting that many people and the victims will number in the thousands if we wait. That is a price that no one should be prepared for. Herd immunity must not be the only option. Based on historical facts, the doctor believes that this will not last more than two years. The virus may stay with us even forever, but we will have a vaccine, drugs, or antibodies. Unfortunately, there will still be victims for many, many years after the corona.
-The only drug that helped in the treatment was a corticosteroid in 3% of cases in the most severe patients, but there are no rules and no universal drug. A healthy life, a healthy diet, vitamins, and zinc can help boost immunity, but again, the most important thing is to follow the measures! Less sitting, hanging out, going out, hanging out...
