The International Symposium on Sustainable Urban Development within the 15th Day of BHAAAS brings numerous interesting topics for all participants, providing an opportunity to strengthen existing professional ties, create new partnerships and exchange innovative ideas in the field of sustainability and new technologies.

As part of the Symposium on Sustainable Urban Development, the participants can expect the interdisciplinary session "Emigration of doctors from Southeast Europe", which is realized in cooperation with the Council for Regional Cooperation in Southeast Europe - RCC, with the aim of contributing to the understanding of multiple aspects and regional trends in emigration, as well as discussions about measures and strategies that could prevent it.
Also, an open panel entitled "Beyond real estate prices: Uniting real estate valuation and new local development" was announced in cooperation with members of the SDG Council in BiH, in order to highlight the importance of a comprehensive approach to real estate valuation, connecting economic analysis with social and environmental goals.
The three-day program of the Symposium aims to identify best practices for improving city management through smart solutions, and will focus on methods and strategies for integrating sustainable urban practices with the preservation of cultural, natural and architectural heritage.
The natural and technical science symposia of the 15th BHAAAS Day will be noted as key forums for the exchange of top professional knowledge from various fields.
"Presenting high standards and a multidisciplinary approach, we expect this year's symposium to have a positive impact on all participants. We have a couple of special events: one of them is a round table on the topic of the code of ethics in construction, and the other is a mini interactive museum of science and technology in cooperation with ANNT, which will be open from Thursday to Sunday in the Second Gymnasium, and on Saturday at this location there will be a workshop on the topic of mathematics and democracy was also held," said Prof. Dr. Zlatan Akšamija, professor at the University of Massachusetts, head of the Department of Technical and Natural Sciences at BHAAAS, which this year is organizing six Symposia in the fields of electrical engineering, informatics, civil engineering and mechanical engineering. presented at these Symposia will be published in the proceedings of the prestigious Springer publishing house.
The Departments of Medicine and Healthcare, Technical and Natural Sciences, and Humanities and Social Sciences and Arts operate within BHAAAS, and their work will be presented through 25 symposia, hundreds of presentations and lectures, along with a special three-day program of sustainable urban development. The conference will also feature programs aimed at students, artistic and cultural events and special programs.
This year's conference will bring together experts from more than 30 countries around the world, making BHAAAS Days one of the largest scientific meetings in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
