We are pleased to invite you to organize a medical symposium as part of the 17th BHAAAS Days, which will be held from June 4–7, 2026, in Sarajevo.
The BHAAAS Medical Program has always been one of the largest and most dynamic components of our annual meeting, bringing together experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the global diaspora to share knowledge, discuss current topics, and promote collaboration across medical disciplines.
If you are interested in organizing a symposium, please inform us by December 3, 2025 by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include:
The proposed title and focus of your symposium (a very brief description)
The name, title, affiliation, and contact information of the chair (email address)
Optional: Names and affiliations of potential invited speakers (and whether they would attend online or in person)
According to the decisions of the BHAAAS Medical Committee, medical symposia for the 17th BHAAAS Days should not exceed one day in duration, and the symposium chair must meet one of the following criteria: a minimum academic title of MSc, or 10 years of clinical experience, or 5 years of academic (teaching) experience.
We are also considering holding one day of this year’s medical program in Zenica, instead of Sarajevo—specifically on Thursday. Please let us know if you would be interested in organizing your symposium in Zenica should this plan be confirmed.
