Fulbright Visiting Fellow Dr. Edina Becirevic to Deliver Lecture on “Genocide Denial in Bosnia and Herzegovina” Wednesday, March 28th, 2012 4:30 - 5:30 pm University of Dayton Science Center 114 Auditorium and Thursday, March 29th, 2012 4:00 pm, Ness Auditorium Wittenberg University The International Community in Bosnia: Successes, Failures, and Future Developments Professor Edina Becirevic Fulbright Visiting Fellow at the MacMillan Center, Yale University University of Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina Professor Becirevic conducts research is on the social causes of the war and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995 and transitional justice in the complex, post-war period. Her book, Na Drini Genocid (Genocide on the Drina River) was published by Buybook Sarajevo in 2009 and is currently being translated to English. She is the president of the Atlantic Initiative, one of the leading NGO’s in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
