The tenth days of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian-American Academy of Arts and Sciences (BHAAAS), which will be held in Jahorina from June 21 to 24, will pay special attention to medical sciences, which will include a wide spectrum such as surgery, pediatrics, family medicine, oncology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, plastic surgery... Thus, the symposium on breast cancer, which will be led by the distinguished oncological surgeon and world-renowned breast cancer specialist Dr. Lejla Hadžikadić Gušić, has attracted the interest of the medical professional public in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This successful doctor, who has lived and worked in America since 1990, specialized in breast cancer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and currently works as the director of the program for young women with breast cancer and associate program director of the breast cancer fellowship program for Levine Cancer Institute and Carolinas Health Care System to Charlotte. "The breast cancer symposium is attended by top experts, doctors from oncological surgery, plastic surgery, oncology, and radiation oncology, as well as general practice doctors. I am especially looking forward to the arrival of Dr. Hadley Sharp from the Levine Cancer Institute, who is a radiation oncologist and will be teaching about the latest radiation technologies as well as clinical research related to her profession.
