The executive director of the non-governmental organization EDUS, Nirvana Pištoljević, points out that this is the largest scientific meeting in the Balkans. We were told that we are the largest scientific meeting in the Balkans; we will have 14 symposia. I am proud to say that this year we have a multidisciplinary approach and have a music program as well as a film. This year, we signed a contract with the University of Tuzla on scientific studies," emphasized Pištoljević. The representative of the symposium, which will cover the topics of biomedical engineering and civil engineering, Mirsad Hadžikadić, reminded us that the membership of BHAAAS is diverse, therefore the conferences with rich content will be so. Our seminar is proof that the academy has members who are not only doctors because that is usually how people think. Half of the academy is based on social and economic sciences. We will talk about modern technologies. We hope that the results will be not only the transfer of knowledge but also cooperation," stressed Hadžikadić. Kenan Arnautović, the representative of the neurosurgical symposium, recalled that eight years ago, the Days of BHAAAS had only ten participants in the symposium, which today has grown into a large meeting of top experts. Participants from Albania, Montenegro, and Turkey, he said, are participating for the first time this year. According to the number and profile of the membership, BHAAAS is one of the most important organizations of the academic diaspora of BiH and the world, said the Minister of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, Semiha Borovac. She pointed out that BiH must be aware of the importance and influence of BiH. diaspora.

- We are ready in BiH to change the policy towards the diaspora; this year we will do it, and that is one positive side. We are aware of the influence of the BiH diaspora on development in BiH, and we want to deepen those ties. We appreciate what this academy does, and we especially appreciate that it is giving BiH help in the form of knowledge. These people, regardless of the titles and reputation they have acquired, have never forgotten Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we appreciate that immensely. We will do everything for BH. Diaspora is the representative and ambassador of BiH in the world; that is very important for us in this period," stressed Borovac, adding that "there is no doubt that people of BiH origin represent the most precious capital of BiH."
