Dear President, respected colleagues, and dear friends, It is our great pleasure to greet you all first of all on behalf of the World Diaspora Federation of BiH and of its recently established commissions for science and art. We are very happy with the news that this is the second time that you are organizing such a large international gathering of scientists from the diaspora in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The active participation of foreign scientists speaks in favor of the fact that the scientific level of the diaspora has in a short time reached the world level. In that short time of existence, you managed to gather a large number of our respected scientists in America and Canada and, at the same time, organize several scientific and cultural events in America and BiH. We are all proud of your results, of which this one is in Tuzla, just one more in a series of successful attachments:
