On Monday, 26.09.2011, in the Education Center of the KBZ, the second consecutive press conference was held on the occasion of the "Days of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian-American Academy of Sciences and Arts" event. The present representatives of the media were informed about the character, importance, and organization of this manifestation by the members of the organization:

The purpose and goal of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian-American Academy of Sciences and Arts is the expansion and development of science and art in the Bosnian diaspora in America and Canada. The Academy strives to connect BiH scientists, artists, and other prominent people in their professional fields and to develop comprehensive cooperation with the homeland, promoting intellectual diversity and the free exchange of information. This third event in a row will be held in Zenica in the period from October 12-14, 2011. The motto of this year's event is "Knowledge is shared wealth" and "Together we are stronger."
